How long do movers have to accept a quote?
Once a move request is live, movers have 30 minutes to submit a quote. You will then have another 60 minutes to review and accept the best offer.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. The quote you accept is the final price you pay. It includes fuel, labor, and basic insurance. Any additional services like packing materials are billed separately if requested.
What happens if a mover cancels?
If a mover cancels an accepted job, we immediately push your request to our top-rated partners and provide you with a 10% discount on the new booking.
